Advance reservation is required for groups of 20 or more people. Any such group without a reservation may be denied entry.
Reservations can be made at the Museum website one month in advance until the day before the intended visit.
Operating hours for group tours are as below. Please make sure to enter the Museum at the reserved time.
Time slot 1 (10:00-11:00), time slot 2 (11:00-12:00), time slot 3 (13:00-14:00), time slot 4 (14:00-15:00), and time slot 5 (15:00-16:00).
Guided group tours are available for groups of up to 60 people. Please book a guided group tour on our website and contact us at 031-288-5400. (Times for guided group tours: 11:00, 13:00, 15:00; reservations on a first-come, first-served basis)
Tips for Group Tours
The space for keeping personal belongings is limited. Please leave bags and other belongings in your vehicle.
After signing in the guest book, please enter the Museum under the guidance of the group leader.
Visitors can eat and drink in the outdoor space around the Museum.
Group leaders are recommended to guide students to behave in a calm and orderly manner while in the Museum.
